Forced cPanel Password Change
NameHero takes security very serious. If you have been notified or noticed you can no longer login to your Reseller cPanel account due to a a forced password change, you will see this message when you click on your client cPanel icon in whm:
The problem is if you do not know the 'current' password in order to reset it! As a Reseller customer you can reset the passwords directly from your whm.
Click the + next to your customer's cpanel account to expand options and use the handy password field there. Once you reset it, your whm will then allow you to auto login to your customer cPanel account as it did in the past!
