Adding a feedback form on your website is easy to do! It's easier than putting your email address 'plainly' visible on your website which is not recommended! A contact form done 'right' will help you to stay in contact with your website visitors! This tutorial will show you how to do just that!

A few prerequisites before proceeding further:
1. You created a local mailbox.
2. You installed the plugin WP Mail SMTP and it is working.

Be sure you have done the above before proceeding!

STEP 1: Click on the WPForms link in the left menu and click Add New.

STEP 2: Name your form at the top and select one of the templates below.

The Name of your form will also be the subject line in the emails that are sent!

STEP 3: We previously setup reCAPTCHA via this link. You need to double click the reCAPTCHA.

STEP 4: Once you do, you will see a pop up, click OK.

STEP 5: Now hit Save in the upper right!

STEP 7: Click on 'Select Existing Page'.

STEP 8: You will now see a list of your existing pages. We wanted ours to be on the homepage so we selected Home. Then click 'Let's Go!'
