# How To Add A Signature To Heroicmail

Adding an email signature to your Heroicmail is easy to do and it gives your sent emails a nice professional and friendlier appearance to your readers!

**STEP 1:** Login to your Heroicmail interface and click on Files & Documents icon:

**STEP 2:** In the upper left click on Upload and then browse your computer to upload the selected image for your logo.

**STEP 3:** Now click on your profile icon in the upper right, go to Settings.

**STEP 4:** Now click on the Mail tab, signature then click on the image icon.

**STEP 5:** Click the internal file icon, find your file and click OK.

**STEP 6**: Once selected, click Ok...

**STEP 7:** Add the rest of the details for your signature, save and then go compose an email!
