# How To Add A Website Inside Of Web Host Manager

While I've indirectly covered this topic before, I wanted to quickly explain how easy it is to add a new website inside of Web Host Manager.

[Web Host Manager](https://www.namehero.com/blog/introduction-web-host-manager-whm/) is the "father" to cPanel and is where new websites are setup and provisioned to have their "own" cPanel. This is a standard feature on all of our [Reseller accounts](https://www.namehero.com/reseller-cloud-hosting.php) and [Managed Servers](https://www.namehero.com/dedicated-cloud-hosting.php).

Primarily, it is used to setup accounts for clients, but can also be used to provision your own websites. Last week, I explained why it was a much better idea to [use a separate cPanel for each WordPress website](https://www.namehero.com/blog/host-multiple-wordpress-websites/), rather than the add-on domain feature in cPanel. The main reason being security, but also increased performance and convenience of adding extras such as email accounts.

If you're a Reseller, you have to have a web hosting package setup before you can add a website.

**Read:** [How To Create A Hosting Package In Web Host Manager](https://www.namehero.com/blog/create-package-web-host-manager/)

Once the package is created you just need to follow these simple steps:

1. Login to **Web Host Manager**

2. Click on **Create a New Account** on the left (or type to search for it)

3. **Fill out information** about the site (enter the domain.com not [www.domain.com](http://www.domain.com))

4. **Select** your package (if Reselling)

5. Leave the **other fields default** if you're not sure what you're doing

6. Click **Create**

That's all there is to it! To see your new account you just created, you can click **List Accounts** on the left navigation sidebar, and it will list all the sub-accounts inside of _Web Host Manager_. By clicking on the orange cPanel logo, you'll able to remotely access the specific website's account.

For those of you that are more visual learners, here is a brief video tutorial of how to add a website inside of Web Host Manager:
