How To Add An FTP Account to AI Website Builder
Do you need to FTP into your AI HeroBuilder account? Not a problem! Follow these simple steps to get connected right away!
STEP 1: Login to your NameHero account and click on 'My Hosting' at the top, then FTP Accounts and Add Account.
STEP 2: Choose desired name and generate password and hit Add Account.
STEP 3: You will now see the FTP account listed. If you click on the ? icon it will show you the details.
STEP 4: Open up FileZilla or whatever FTP software you have and enter in the appropriate information.
STEP 5: Upon the initial connection, if your FTP client supports TLS you may be prompted to accept the certificate. You'll want to Trust the certificate and click OK.
STEP 5: You are now connected via FTP. You are done!
