How To Become Admin On Your Palworld Server

Step 1: Go to your NameHero Client Area and stop your Palworld server.

**Step 2:** You can change your admin password in the Advanced Game Panel. Click the blue button as seen in the screenshot above and you'll automatically be logged in to the panel. Then, you can change your admin password by selecting your server and navigating to the Startup settings at the top to create a unique password.

_Note: On this page, you can also change settings like max players, server name, create a server password, automatic updates, and enable or disable invader enemies_.

**Step 3:** Return to the NameHero Client Area and restart your server. It may take a few minutes for your server to come online.

**Step 4:** After connecting to your server, open chat and enter the /Adminpassword [Password] command.

If successful, you’ll see the “You are now an Admin” message:

MANAGING PALWORLD SERVERS

Setting up a Palworld server to play with friends or build large communities requires admin permissions. As an admin, you'll have full control over player management and other abilities. For example, you can use the ban or kick commands to deal with griefers who might cause problems. Additionally, ensure you create a strong admin password to prevent unauthorized access. If someone gains admin access without your permission, update the "Admin Password" field on your panel and ban the player.
