How To Change Heroicmail Password

NameHero takes security seriously!

We encourage users to change passwords to stronger passwords when needed. If you have been contacted recently about weak passwords and need to update your existing passwords for your mailboxes, this tutorial will explain how to do it! There are two ways to update your password! Either in the Webmail interface or via your NameHero Dashboard. Both are explained below.

Change Password Within Webmail

Change within the Heroicmail webmail interface:

STEP 1: Login to your mailbox: https://heroicmail.com

STEP 2: Upper right, click on your Account Profile to access the menu, then choose Settings.

STEP 3: Click the Accounts tab and use the reset password button!

How To Change Password Within NameHero Dashboard

STEP 1: Login to your NameHero Dashboard: https://namehero.com/login/

STEP 2: Navigate to your HeroicMail account to mange mailboxes. Using the "3 dot menu" to the right of the mailbox will preset and option to change passwords.
