How To Change Max Players On Your Project Zomboid Server
Changing the max player count on your Project Zomboid server puts a cap on the server so only a certain amount of players can be on the server at one time. This is useful for community servers or to help with performance. In this article we will show you how to change the max player count.
Step 1: Go to your NameHero Client Area. You can also head over to the Advanced Game Panel by clicking the blue button as seen in the screenshot within the NameHero Client Area. Here you will be accessing the Startup tab.
Step 2: Once you are in the startup tab, Towards the bottom you will see the Max Players variable, here you can change this number to the desired cap you would like.
Step 3: After changing this to the number you would like, restart your server and enjoy!
