How To Chat With Team Members in Heroicmail
With NameHero's Heroicmail you can have instantaneous communications with your different team members via the chat feature within Heroicmail!
STEP 1: Login to your Heroicmail, click the Chat icon, then add room
STEP 2: A pop up will present itself. Give your new chat room a name and add the users you wish to add to the room. Only those with a Heroicmail will be able to take advantage of this internal team collaboration.
If you have multiple domains with different Heroicmail accounts, you can use the team chat feature as well as all the other shared features such as calendars, contacts, files & folders. These features work with any Heroicmail account.
STEP 3: After you click Create an email will be sent to your team members. They will need to click on the 'Join the team'
button in the email from within Heroicmail.
STEP 4: The new room will appear and you can now enjoy instantaneous communications with your team!
STEP 5: You can manage the chat room by clicking on the menu button for options.
