How to Configure IceWarp Mail Client with Heroicmail

In addition to being able to use a mail client of your choice, our technology partner, IceWarp, provides an in-house mail client you can use to sync your email, calendar, contacts and task. (one benefit is being able to import PST files!)

To get started, download the IceWarp mail client (PC Only 116 megs)

Step 1: Download the software and run it. Upon the initial installation you will be prompted if you wish to install. Install anyway.



Step 2: Agree to the IceWarp License Agreement.



Step 3: Click install. After you click that, Windows will prompt you if you wish to install it. This is a security precaution. Click yes.





Step 4: The IceWarp Mail Client will start the installation.



Step 5: After installation you have some choices to make! You can set the IceWarp as the default mail client, run on Windows startup and of course to Launch the software!



Step 6: After the mail client is installed, you can then choose your theme, click Next.



Step 7: You can choose to import from Outlook or other software it detects. For now Skip Import and click Next.



Step 8: Time to configure your mailbox! Enter in your email address and hit 'Start'. Then your password after that.



Step 9: Click 'Continue without encryption' for now.



Step 10: Almost there! You can change your Avatar to be something different. Go ahead and check the box for 'Download messages for offline use" and click Finish!



Step 11: After you click Finish you will see a pop up, click yes.



Step 12: You may have some updates to the current version! Click 'Update now'.





Step 13: Enjoy your new Heroicmail account!!
