How To Connect To Your DayZ Server
If you're new to DayZ or hosting your own server, connecting can seem tricky. Follow this easy guide to join your DayZ server and get started on your adventure.
Step 1: Go to your NameHero Client Area. Here you can copy the Server Address & Port. You can also head over to the Advanced Game Panel by clicking the blue button as seen in the screenshot within the NameHero Client Area. Here you will be accessing the Terminal tab.
**Step 2:** Once you are in the terminal tab, on the right side you will see the Server address. Click on this to copy the Server / IP address.
Step 3: Open DayZ
Step 4: Select Servers -> Direct Connect (You can also search the server by the server name in the Community Tab).
Step 5: Enter the IP & Port. You can also save the server as a favorite here! Then click connect.
Now you are connected and can play with friends!
