Adding A Password To Your Palworld Server:

Creating a private and secure gaming environment for you and your friends is essential for enjoying your Palworld server hosting experience. This guide will walk you through the process of adding a password to your Palworld server, transforming it into a protected community server.

​**Step 1:** Go to your NameHero Client Area and stop your Palworld server.



Step 2: Head over to the Advanced Game Panel by clicking the blue button as seen in the screenshot above within the NameHero Client Area. Here you will be accessing the Startup tab to locate the server password field. Here, you will enter the desired password.

Using The Server Password In-Game

There are 2 ways of joining a password protected server:

Direct connection to server

Joining a server via recent server / community browser

Joining A Server Via Recent Server / Community Browser

Launch Palworld.

Select “Join Multiplayer Game.”

Access the “Recent Servers” tab to locate your server.

Click on the server, input the password, and select “OK” to join.





Direct Connection To Server

Choose “Direct Connect.”

Check the “Enter password” box.

Input the server details and password to join.
