How To Customize cPanel's Branding (Reseller Hosting)

Web Host Manager allows you to upload your logo to your customer’s cPanel control panel to fully white label/brand as your company (i.e. no mention of NameHero). Additionally, you can change up the colors/favicon, links, etc. as needed.

Inside of WHM, you can easily upload your logo by going to Customization:

You’ll then notice all the options available:

If you notice the blue box on the right, it provides specifications to ensure your logo looks the best (i.e. 200 x 100px), and also only accepts .svg formats. Additionally, there are options for dark and light colors.

To upload, simply click Browse, select your logo on your computer and click Update Logos. You can also add a description to the image:

Once you upload, you can easily preview what a customer will see, by going to List Accounts and then clicking the orange cPanel logo beside your master account:

Here’s what my above example rendered as:

It then becomes really clear why they give the option to upload logos for both “light” and “dark” backgrounds as you cannot hardly see the word “Hero” in my example.

If you only have one logo, an easy work around is to go back to WHM -> Customization and change the main menu background color:

This makes it a bit easier to see:

In that same section, you’ll also notice options to add links to your help desk and/or documentation (which will display inside of your customer’s control panel).

The biggest point I want to get across, our Reseller Hosting is 100% fully white labeled to your company’s brand. Your customer’s will never see or know you’re using NameHero.
