How To Share Your Contacts In Heroicmail
Do you need to share contacts with your co-workers or teammates? These easy to follow steps will get your contacts easily shared!
STEP 1: Login to Heroicmail, click on contacts. Use the menu to add a folder. In this case, we created VIP.
It is recommended, unless you wish to share all contacts, to create a sub folder and share the subfolder. As sharing the primary contacts folder will also share all folders under it.
STEP 2: Now click on the menu for the new folder and click Share Folder.
STEP 3: On the pop up, enter the email address of the teammate that needs to see your contacts, assign permissions and click OK.
STEP 4: Once you click ok, the other teammate will get an email and must click on Subscribe Folder button.
