How to Configure iPhone & iPad with Heroicmail
Here at NameHero we are rolling out the red carpet for our customers! Our new Heroicmail will allow you to easily sync your email, contacts, calendars!
First things first, you need to have 'all' the proper DNS records configured before you can take advantage of these advanced features! If your domain and DNS are with NameHero we have already done it for you!
Once those are added, you can now use the advanced features of syncing all your data on your iPhone and iPad!
Step 1: Go to Settings > Apps > Mail
On Mail click Mail Accounts and then Add Account.
Step 2: Click on "Other"
Step 3: Enter your new Heroicmail email address/password and for description, change it to be your name. (It's just a description). Then hit Next!
Step 4: When you hit Next, you'll now enter in your email and password along with the hostname for the incoming and outgoing. (outgoing says 'optional'. It's not. You must enter in all the details to connect and authenticate on the mail server.
Step 5: After you hit submit, you'll see it 'verifying'. This can take anywhere from a few seconds to a minute. Wait it out. upon success, if you have entered in the user/pass and all information correctly you'll see this, click Save.
If you only want 'email' and do not require Calendar and Contact Syncing you can stop now. You are done! If you want the Calendar and Contact Syncing, continue on to Step 6 below!
Step 6: Want to sync your Calendar and Contacts? Keep on going! As was in Step 1, Go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > Add Account.
Instead of 'Add Mail Account' you will be adding "CardDAV Account" and "CalDAVE Account". Repeat for Contacts and Calendars.
Step 7: Enter in mail.heroicmail.com, your email and password. Description will just make it easier to identify the calendar or contacts in your native iOS mail client later.

If you have made it this far, your email, contacts, calendar should be syncing! Enjoy your new Heroicmail!
