How To Use NameHero's Game Switcher

We have released a new feature called the game switcher. This will allow any customer to be able to switch the server you have purchased to any other game or build that we support! Currently we support Minecraft, Rust, Palworld and Soulmask but you can also change your server to a specific build in a game (Minecraft Java -> Modded).

This is also very useful if you accidentally purchased the wrong game or version for a game. This will allow you to change this without having to create a ticket or purchase another server.

In this article we will go over the steps on how to use the game switcher.

Step 1: Head over to your NameHero Client Area where we will be looking for our server we want to change.

Step 2: After selecting the server, on the left side you will see the game switcher option under overview. Select this option to be able to change your server.

Step 3: After selecting this, you will see the popup of the ability to switch the game to a different game we offer as well as the ability to change the build. You will be able to see the current game you are running as well as the game or build you want to switch to after selecting it.

Step 4: After selecting the game / build you would like to switch to, you will have to select all boxes and agree to switching the game and that all data will be erased. Once confirming all options and clicking the proceed game switch button, the server will switch to the desired game / build

_Note:_ Please allow some time for this to take effect and make sure not to refresh the page. This could cause issues and or the server not fully switching. To check if the server has switched, head over to the advanced game panel to start the server up.

Step 5: Enjoy the new game / version that you have switched to!
