How To Change The Difficulty Level Of A Terraria Server

In Terraria, the server's difficulty level can dramatically change the gameplay experience, from relaxed exploration to intense, survival-focused challenges. Whether you're looking to make things easier for casual players or raise the stakes with expert or master modes, adjusting the server difficulty is a simple yet crucial step for server administrators. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to change the difficulty level of your Terraria server, ensuring you have the right challenge for your adventure.

Step 1: Go to your NameHero Client Area and head over to the Advanced Game Panel by clicking the blue button as seen in the screenshot within the NameHero Client Area. Here you will be accessing the Startup tab**.**



Step 2: Once you are in the startup tab, scroll towards the bottom until you find the Difficulty variable. here you can change the world difficulty. World Difficulty Options: 0(normal), 1(expert), 2(master), 3(journey)
