How To Change Your Minecraft Server Player Slots
Every Minecraft server features adjustable slots, enabling server owners to set the maximum number of players who can connect simultaneously. Having too many players online can cause server lag, so setting a reasonable player limit is essential for maintaining smooth performance.
Step 1: Go to your NameHero Client Area and head over to the Advanced Game Panel by clicking the blue button as seen in the screenshot within the NameHero Client Area. Here you will be accessing the Files tab**.**
Step 2: Once you are in the files tab, scroll towards the bottom until you find the server.properties file. Click on this file to open it.
Step 3: Scroll down until you find the max-players field (line 32) and change the number to the desired player count amount. Make sure to click save when finished.
**Step 4:** Restart your server and enjoy!
