How To Disable Player Advancement Announcements

Advancements, a feature unique to Minecraft Java Edition, guide new players through the game by offering various in-game tasks and challenges. When a player completes an advancement, a sliding toast notification appears in the upper-right corner of the screen and the achievement is also announced in the chat. In this guide we will show you how to disable these announcements on your Minecraft server.

If you would prefer to have the achievement to not be broadcasted in your server chat, you can easily do this by running the command /gamerule announceAdvancements false in-game. You may also use this command on you server console by removing the "**/**" symbol.

Step 1: Go to your NameHero Client Area and head over to the Advanced Game Panel by clicking the blue button as seen in the screenshot within the NameHero Client Area. Here you will be accessing the Console.

Step 2: In the console, enter gamerule announceAdvancements false
