How To Join A Minecraft Server (PC / Java)
If you would like to join a Minecraft PC / Java Edition server, here are a few things to consider:
The server must be running any Minecraft PC / Java Edition server type.
Your Minecraft client must be the same version that the server runs on. You can find the version on the bottom-left corner of your Minecraft client.
To get started, you need to identify the address of the server you want to join. If you own a NameHero server, you can find your server address on your NameHero Client Area. You can click the copy button to the right of your server address and port to copy it to your clipboard.
Now that you have the server address, you're ready to join the server by following these steps!
Step 1: On the Minecraft client, click the Multiplayer button.
Step 2: Select the Add Server button at the bottom of your Minecraft
Step 3: Here you can enter a desired name for your server to remember in the Server Name section and your IP address or domain in the Server Address section and selecting the Done button when finished.
**Step 4.** After completing these steps, you will see your server on the Multiplayer screen and be able to join it at anytime!
