Before requesting a NameHero Migration, please review the below policies based on the Web Hosting service you purchased:

How To Migrate To NameHero

Web Hosting Migration

• Starter, Plus, Turbo, and Business Cloud customers receive 1 (one) complimentary website migration within the first 30 days of placing their order.
• Clients migrating from a cPanel hosting environment will have their entire account restored (including emails, databases, etc) as long as we are able to obtain a full cPanel backup. Those migrating from non-cPanel environments or those where we are unable to obtain a full, non-corrupt cPanel backup, will only have the website files migrated and 1 (one) databases.
• Accounts larger than 8GB compressed do not qualify for our complimentary migration service.
• Our complimentary migration service is provided on a "best effort" basis.
• Specific Migrations: Some customers may require specific needs outside of our complimentary policy. Depending on the work involved, we maybe able to accommodate, but these migrations may incur a charge, determined by the work involved. Please continue with the request below, and our team will evaluate your request, and provide your options.

Reseller Hosting Migration

• Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Reseller Hosting customers receive 20 (twenty) complimentary cPanel account migrations within the first 30 days of placing their order.
• Accounts larger than 8GB compressed do not qualify for our complimentary migration service.
• If you have more than 20 (twenty) cPanel accounts or your current provider does not provide cPanel access, a migration fee maybe assessed.
• Our complimentary migration service is provided on a "best effort" basis.
• Specific Migrations: Some customers may require specific needs outside of our complimentary policy. Depending on the work involved, we maybe able to accommodate, but these migrations may incur a charge, determined by the work involved. VPS/Cloud Dedicated Migration

• VPS Hosting and Cloud Dedicated customers receive free WHM -> WHM migration if the customer has 'root' access on the source server. If not, 20 (twenty) complimentary cPanel to cPanel migrations with a maximum limit of 8GB per account within the first 30 days of placing their order.
• If you have more than 20 (twenty) cPanel accounts or your current provider does not provide cPanel access, a migration fee maybe assessed.
• Our complimentary migration service is provided on a "best effort" basis.
• Specific Migrations: Some customers may require specific needs outside of our complimentary policy. Depending on the work involved, we maybe able to accommodate, but these migrations may incur a charge, determined by the work involved. How To Request Your Migration

• Step #1 Login to the NameHero Client Area
• Step #2 Complete our Migration Request Form (one per domain)
• Step #3 Allow our team 24-48 hours (most of the time much sooner) to complete the migration.
