How To Set A Password On Your Soulmask Server
Setting a password on a Soulmask server empowers administrators to manage access, ensuring that only trusted friends or community members can join. This creates a more private and controlled gameplay environment. With a password in place, administrators can customize the gameplay experience without the concern of unwanted players causing disruptions. Additionally, a password helps prevent griefing or trolling by unauthorized users, safeguarding the server and its players from malicious activities.
Step 1: Go to your NameHero Client Area and head over to the Advanced Game Panel by clicking the blue button as seen in the screenshot within the NameHero Client Area. Here you will be accessing the Startup tab**.**
**Step 2:** Once on the Startup page, scroll down towards the bottom until you find the Server Password variable. Here you will create your server password.
Step 3: Restart your server! Now you have a password set on your Soulmask server!
