How To Install Oxide/uMod On Your Rust Server
Oxide, also known as uMod, is a widely used modding platform that enables players to add custom features, plugins, and modifications to their Rust servers. Server owners can enhance their gameplay experience and introduce new functionalities to the game. Oxide offers a variety of features and tools that simplify the installation and management of plugins.
Step 1: Go to your NameHero Client Area and head over to the Advanced Game Panel by clicking the blue button as seen in the screenshot within the NameHero Client Area. Here you will be accessing the Startup tab**.**
Step 2: In the Startup tab, scroll down until you find the Modding Framework section. In here you will be selecting oxide. Default this will be set to vanilla.
**Step 4:** Restart your server!
