NameHero offers DNS Management for all domains registered with us. For those that do not have web hosting with us, this is a great way to point your domain name to your web host with our reliable system. You can also use our DNS Management to forward your domain name to your existing website.

ℹ️ For our customers that already have a web hosting account, you can use the Zone Editor within cPanel to edit and manage your DNS records as long as you are using our default nameservers.

To get started, simply enable DNS Host Record Management during the order process or order it from our Client Area. To order it from our Client Area, just go to Domains > My Domains, click the three dots next to the domain you want to manage and select Manage Domain. Select Addons on the menu to the left then click the Order button:

After you purchase it and it's enabled, you will want to check to make sure you're using the correct nameservers. You can do this within the same left menu as the Addons option, except select Nameservers. The nameservers you should use are below:

⚠️ Your nameservers will automatically change to those DNS Management nameservers above if you start editing the DNS records within your Client Area.

Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for these to fully propagate once you change them. If you live in the United States it typically takes a couple of hours, but for international customers you may need to wait a full day to be sure.

Once you have confirmed your nameservers are set, you are then ready to manage your DNS records! Just click the DNS Management link in the same menu mentioned before:
